1897 by Dave Daniel, a well known business man in the Hogansville community for many years. Dave Daniel and his five siblings all played prominent roles in the Hogansville community. Dr. Blue Daniel, one of the brothers, was known to perform surgery beneath the apple tree on the grounds of Victoria Belle Mansion.

Victoria Belle provides a glimpse of the past as well as the present. The mansion has a timeless spirit that transcends both history and expectations. This beautiful three acre estate is owned and operated by Roger and Vickie Brown.

Vickie Brown, president and founder of Victoria Belle Mansion, has worked with brides since 1970 designing hair and make-up motifs. Vickie has been a salon owner for 25 years and developed a real passion for wedding and event planning. She has a master's license in Cosmetology and Make-Up Design, and is a graduate of the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants. Vickie has created a lovely, elegant and gracious home.  Her use of color, texture and accessories provides wonderful visual impact. She is an accomplished hostess and her southern hospitality makes a visit to Victoria Belle a memorable experience.
